  Appointment Scheduling: Appointments are confirmed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to change appointment times with reasonable notice.

  Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
• 3.
  Payment: Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
• 4.
  Access to Property: Customer must ensure access to the areas to be cleaned. We are not responsible for unlocking doors or moving heavy furniture beyond our stated capabilities.

Service Expectations

We commit to providing professional cleaning services with reasonable care. However, please note:

• • Results may vary based on the age, condition, and material of surfaces being cleaned
• • Some stains may be permanent and cannot be fully removed
• • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to surfaces or furnishings
• • We recommend moving valuable or delicate items before our arrival

Limitation of Liability

Munson Carpet & Upholstery's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
